Privacy policy

This site collects the minimum needed to reply to you, and nothing else. Here is exactly what, why, for how long, and how to take back control.

Who is responsible for your data

Who has access

The Evolving Skatepark team, and nobody else. We neither sell, rent nor pass on any data. Our technical providers — site hosting and email delivery — have strictly technical access under contract, and the data remains hosted within the European Union.

Trackers

This site sets no cookies — neither advertising nor analytics. We do measure traffic, using Cloudflare Web Analytics: it counts the pages viewed without setting a cookie, without browser fingerprinting and without any identifier. It cannot recognise you from one visit to the next, nor follow you across other sites. The data is aggregated — page viewed, country, device type — and contains nothing that could identify you. On that basis the measurement is exempt from consent requirements. Videos are shown as thumbnails hosted by us: nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. If you do, the player is called through youtube-nocookie.com, which limits tracking — but which remains a third-party service, governed by Google's policy.

Your rights

At any time you may request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and you may object to its use. A simple message to contact@evolvingskatepark.com is enough; we reply within a month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Let's talk

A project, a refurbishment, or simply a question?

We answer a town launching its feasibility study just as readily as an authority still weighing up whether a facility makes sense at all. The first conversation costs nothing and often clears up a great deal.
